Why is it necessary to share your personal data?
Essential Credit Solutions LLC only shares personal data with creditors, courts, credit bureaus, and third party credit organizations to assist in the removal of any inaccurate accounts from our client’s credit report, in an effort to resolve credit-related issues as requested by the client, in a legal and effective way. How to access and manage your personal data
Once your case is resolved, s clients may request that the information we obtained from them be completely deleted. Understand, should this occur, the ability to work on your case again in the future becomes impossible, if for some reason, we need your erased information. Clients desiring to have their personal information erased may make this request through mailing, emailing or calling us via phone.
Such a request to delete personal information is honored and confirmed through email, and once the information is deleted, Essential Credit Solutions LLC may not be in a position to help the client in future, regarding the same case. Should the situation arise, requiring resolution of the same issue, on behalf of the client, concerning problematic accounts reappearing on their credit report or if a third party needs the same information, our company will not in a position to assist with the matter; if the information has been deleted from our secure server. Should such a case arise, it will be necessary for the client to sign up again and re-submit their personal information.
Minors under the age of 13
Essential Credit Solutions LLC doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of 13. If we learn that we’ve inadvertently gathered such information from anyone under 13 years, necessary measures to delete it from our database will be implemented immediately. Children under the age of 13 must seek permission from a guardian or parent to use our website.
